There are at least four shades of green working here. Lately I have been interested in framing and recessing images or textures to make them special or exceptional. Or at least I thought it was lately until I ran across a picture of a piece I made about 18 years ago that had some of the same attributes. But almost every time I make a piece with this many components, I get ideas for new pieces  tweak this, shift that, change this texture. Endless permutations. Check out the glowing amber interior of this one and the textures in the detail shots!
